Fun Bar for 200
For this example we will base the service charge on our typical service of 4 hours and bring our rolling bars to Lawrence, KS for an event. We will need 2 bartenders and a barback.
$22 pp x 200 = $4400
+ $800 service charge (Rolling bars delivery, 2 bartenders, 1 barback, setup & cleanup)
+ $400 total gratuity

Full Bar for 150
In this example we will use a 6 hour timeframe and full bar for 150 people. They chose our horse bar trailer and we need 2 bartenders.
$26 pp x 150 = $3900
+ $800 service charge (horse trailer bar, 2 bartenders, delivery, setup & cleanup)

Mocktails for 100
In this example we will use a 2 hour timeframe with mocktail bar for 120 people at an office luncheon. They have an indoor bar we can use at their venue, so we don't have to bring ours.
Because this is a 2 hour event, we reduced the cost because people will not be drinking more than 1-2 drinks at this Olathe office event.
$15 pp x 120 = $1500
