Next Step: Determine the Menu

After accepting or revising one of our ideas, we will finalize the menu with you so we can adjust price details if necessary. This needs to be done quickly - the date is not yet saved for you on our calendar.

Save the Date: Sign Contract & Pay Retainer

Once the bar menu is figured out, we will send contract and invoice. For parties less than 60 days away, we will invoice for the full amount now.

30 Days Out: Pay Invoice Balance

30 days prior to the event, the balance of the invoice is due. We begin ordering products online, shopping locally, and organizing it all.

Day of Event: Prep & Setup

Hours of drink and garnish preparation, sign making and packing up are spent prior to our arrival. 1-2 hours before service begins, we will arrive with our tables and linens plus everything we need for your bar so we can get setup for service.

During the Event: (Service Hours)

Bartenders will be ready to greet your guests with cold beers, cocktails and other menu offerings.

Hour Following Event: Breakdown

When service ends, we clean up, pack up and leave, reflecting on another great experience!
